"In stock" products are dispatched within 2-5 business days. Made-to-order products have the production time stated on each product page. Courier time is added on top.
We deliver within Romania only, and you can choose an easybox, a pickup point (PUDO) or home courier delivery. You pick the method at checkout, and for easybox you choose the locker straight from the map.
Easybox and pickup points cost 25 RON, free from 300 RON of product value. Home courier delivery costs 37 RON, free from 450 RON. Thresholds are measured on product value before discounts, and the exact cost appears in the cart before payment. Atelier members get free easybox or PUDO delivery from 150 RON.
Yes. We confirm every order by email within 24 business hours. For card payments the confirmation goes out once the payment is accepted; for cash on delivery, as soon as we register the order.
When your order is handed to the courier, you receive the tracking number by email. Order status is also visible in your account.
You can pay by card (securely processed through Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay) or by cash on delivery. We do not accept bank transfer.
Cash on delivery carries a 10 RON fee, shown separately in the total before you confirm. It is available only for home courier delivery (easybox is card-only), only for orders up to 1000 RON, and only if you do not already have two undelivered cash-on-delivery orders.
Drafted Lab is not registered for VAT, so the prices shown are final and do not include VAT. What you see is exactly what you pay.
Yes. At checkout you can fill in your company details (name and tax ID) and we issue the invoice to the legal entity.
We print in PETG (durable, good for outdoor use), ASA (sun/UV resistant) and PLA (ideal for indoor use and painting). The recommended material is noted on the product page, and for custom orders we guide you.
Yes - where a product has several colour variants you can pick one directly on the product page. Stock availability is tracked per colour.
Yes. Under GEO 34/2014 you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Start a return from the "Returns" section in your account or by writing to office@drafted-lab.com.
We refund the products and the outbound shipping you originally paid. If the return is your own decision ("changed my mind"), we withhold a flat 25 RON return-shipping fee from the refund. If the product is defective, non-conforming or wrongly delivered, the return is free and entirely at our cost.
No. Products made to order or personalised to your specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Art. 16 of GEO 34/2014. That's why we agree on every detail with you before we start.
Products carry a statutory guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery, under GEO 140/2021. If goods are not in conformity you are entitled first to repair or replacement, and if those are impossible or do not fix the problem, to a price reduction or a refund. Repair, replacement and shipping costs are ours.

Once we understand what you want, we work out the price based on material, work time and complexity, then send you a firm quote. We don't start anything before you confirm.
No. You can order as a guest, with only your contact and delivery details. An account gives you order history, online returns, Atelier Club points, gift-card store credit and the ability to leave reviews.
It's our loyalty programme: you earn 1 point for every RON of product value on paid orders, and 20 points are worth 1 RON off future orders (100 points = 5 RON). Points become spendable after 14 days, once the return window has closed. From 500 lifetime points you earn 1.5x points, and from 1500 you earn 2x points plus free easybox or PUDO delivery from 150 RON. Your balance is shown in your account.
Activate the code you received by email in your account, and the amount becomes store credit you can spend on any order, in full or in part. Gift cards and store credit never expire. Credit covers product value; shipping and the cash-on-delivery fee remain payable.
You can only review a product from an account that has a shipped or delivered order containing exactly that product. The check is automatic and server-side, the label cannot be requested or submitted by the customer, and there is one review per product per account. Reviews go through moderation that ignores the rating given.
