Withdraw from contract

Official withdrawal form · GEO 34/2014, Art. 9-13

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of taking physical possession of the goods, without giving a reason and without penalty. Fill in the form below and your declaration goes straight to Drafted Lab SRL.

No account needed. The form works just as well if you ordered as a guest. We email you the confirmation that we received your declaration, with the date and time of receipt, so you keep the proof.

Before you fill it in

Your declaration takes effect the moment you send it. What follows (how you send the items back, how you get your money) we agree by email, within 2 business days.
We print every item ourselves, and that does not take your withdrawal right away. The Art. 16 exception covers only goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you, and those are explicitly marked as non-returnable when you order. A catalogue product stays returnable even though we print it after you order it.
What we refund: the value of the goods and the standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the items back or of proof that you sent them. The direct cost of returning is yours (Art. 13(3)) and is withheld from the refund only when the withdrawal is your own decision. If the item is faulty, wrong or damaged in transit, the return is free.
