Withdraw from contract

Official withdrawal form · GEO 34/2014, Art. 9-13

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of taking physical possession of the goods, without giving a reason and without penalty. Fill in the form below and your declaration goes straight to Drafted Lab SRL.

No account needed. The form works just as well if you ordered as a guest. We email you the confirmation that we received your declaration, with the date and time of receipt, so you keep the proof.

Before you fill it in

Your declaration takes effect the moment you send it. What follows (how you send the items back, how you get your money) we agree by email, within 2 business days.
We print every item ourselves, and that does not take your withdrawal right away. The Art. 16 exception covers only goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you, and those are explicitly marked as non-returnable when you order. A catalogue product stays returnable even though we print it after you order it.
What we refund: amounts due, including initial standard delivery, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Unless we offered to collect the goods, we may withhold payment until receipt of the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier. You bear only direct return transport (Art. 14(2)); if you pay it separately, we do not deduct it again. We bear necessary remedy costs for defects, incorrect goods or transit damage.
